Two Methods of Trial Run of Cone Crusher

After a cone crusher is installed, trial run is necessary. Trial run of cone crushers includes empty-load trial run and on-load trial run. Only the trial run meets the requirement and is qualified can cone crusher be put into normal use and production and the crushing effect and production capacity of the crusher can be ensured. Here Hongxing Machinery will introduce two methods of trial run of cone crusher.

(1) Empty-load trial run

Carry out comprehensive running examination for the cone breaker before it is fed in with ores. The examination content includes electrical equipment and electric chain system, lubrication, water supply, hydraulic station and hydraulic adjusting and the running condition of the main engine part. The empty-load trial run should satisfy the following requirements: start and stop the machine according to the operating order; the relative chain systems should conform to the design requirements; the gear transmission should not have impact and cyclic noises; the rotating speed of the movable cone at forward and reverse direction should not exceed 15r/min; the lubrication system should be able to work normally; the oil supplying pressure should be in the range of 0.05~0.1MPa and the return oil temperature should not exceed 50℃; the hydraulic system can work normally and the ore discharging should conform to the requirement. The continuous running time of empty-load trial run is 2~8h.

(2) On-load trial run

After the trial run is completed and has reached the requirements, on-load trial run can be carried out. On-load trial run should be carried with materials in the crushing chamber.

On-load trial run should meet the following requirements: the on-load trial run should be carried out for two days and nights. When the trial run begins, feed a small amount of ores into the crushing chamber and gradually increase to full load; the ore feeding should be ensured normal, and ores should be evenly distributed inside the crushing chamber and the ore discharging should be normal and close to the stipulated production capacity; in the normal working process of the crusher machine, there should not fierce vibration and noises; it can smoothly discharge the non-crushable materials such as iron; the hydraulic system can work normally and the oil pressure of the hydraulic system should be 0.08~0.15MPa; the wear-out parts are not damaged and the electric equipment can work normally.

In practical production, customers must carry out test run on cone crusher according to the relevant stipulation and standard to make sure it has high crushing capacity and excellent working performance.
