Rotary kiln is an important calcination machine for limestone. In its production process, part of the refractory will fall off, which not only increases the examination times, but influences the smooth operation of the production. Regarding the problems in the production process of rotary kiln, Hongxing Machinery puts up with several optimization measures on the spare parts and anchorage points of this ore beneficiation equipment in the check and examination process to reduce the stoppage times, ensure the smooth and stable operation of the equipment and satisfy the production needs. The specific optimization methods are introduced in the following:
(1) The anchorage points should not only have sufficient supporting strength, but satisfy the demand that the refractory will not have cracks in the thermal expansion and contraction. According to this principle, change the V-shaped anchorage points to wave type and increase the density between the anchorage points, which can reduce the stoppage time caused by repairing the pouring materials.
(2)The chute mouth of the chute mouth part of the rotary kiln is made up of five parts, and there are many defects as there is no baffle plate, so that the raw materials cannot be baffled. Through analysis, change and improve the original cutting sheet and put forwards the requirements after assembling.
(3) When optimizing the grate bar of the cooling part of the newly bought rotary kiln, map the spare parts of this part and draw a standard graph for the convenience of future assembling, which can not only save the manufacturing cost, but shorten the manufacturing cycle and satisfy the examination need.
