When dry sand washing machines work, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through triangular belt, reducer and gear, and sand and stone materials go into the washing chute from the feeding chute. Driven by the impeller, sand and stone materials will roll and grind with each other, and the impurities covering on the surface of sand and stone will be removed, and at the same time the moisture layer coated on the sand particles will be broken for the purpose of dewatering. When water is added, powerful water flow will form to timely bring away the impurities and foreign matters with small proportion and then they are discharged from the discharging mouth of the washing chute, and the clean sand and stone materials are brought away by the impeller and finally poured into the discharging chute from the impeller, thus completing the washing process.
