Major Advantages of Vibration Jaw Crusher

Vibration jaw crusher is a kind of vibration crushing machine which uses vibration to selectively crush the materials and has a wide application in industrial application. Then what are the major advantages of vibration jaw crusher?

(1) It can be used for crushing very hard materials.

The common jaw crusher and cone crusher need very solid rack, while vibration jaw crusher can effectively crush very hard materials, and even overload will not damage the equipment.

(2) It has relatively high crushing ratio.

The crushing ratio of vibration jaw crusher is 2~3 times higher than that of common jaw crusher. The dither vibrating force produced by vibration jaw crusher equals a fixed impulse, so if the ores are very hard, a perfectly elastic collision can be produced and a very big crushing force can be reached. When the materials move up and down inside the crushing chamber, the crushing angles and the materials are also changing, so that the effecting angle of the crushing force is also changing. For this reason, the materials can get dither vibration force from different direction inside the crushing chamber and are crushed for many times, so that this crusher has big crushing ratio.

(3)When the materials that cannot be crushed go into the crushing chamber, they will not damage the equipment.

Vibration jaw crusher adopts the movable jaw with high impacting speed, and the movable jaw uses the inertia for inertia driving and the position of the two movable jaws are not limited by the kinematics parameters. When the materials cannot be crushed, with the movement of the crusher, the materials can be automatically discharged out from the discharging mouth without stopping the machine and damaging the equipment.

(4) It can be started and stopped without materials in it and can also work with overload.

In the vibration jaw crusher, the electric motor directly drives the eccentric part, and the materials inside the crushing chamber has no influence to the static moment of the eccentric part, for this reason, it can be started at any state.

(5) The applied force has impact performance.

The applied force of the vibration jaw crusher ahs impact performance, so that the crushing force has great gradient on the materials and it is very effective.

(6) The composition of discharging granularity is not influenced by the abrasion of the anti-friction lining board.

The discharging granularity of the vibration jaw crusher is determined by the thickness of the material lays, not by the size of the discharging mouth which can be pre-adjusted according to the output and other requirements.
