The HVI series impact sand making machine integrates multiple crushing modes and has become a core equipment in the mechanism sand industry.It can be widely used for crushing and shaping metal ores and non-metallic ores,building materials,artificial sand making,and various metallurgical slag.

Working Principle

The impeller structure adopts a unique deep cavity four-port design to increase material throughput by more than 30% and special bulk tray design to convert quickly feeding and waterfall feeding, effectively reducing downtime, adjustment time, and improving work efficiency. The final products have cube form and the shaping effect is good, the iron pollution is extremely small, and the size of the grain can be adjusted according to actual needs.
