On the base of the R & D of grinding equipment for more than 20 years, absorbing the latest grinding technology and concept at home and abroad, we have developed this new product with international leading technology level, which has higher efficiency than a ball mill, low power consumption, small floor space, and less one-off investment.
This machine is widely applied to finely grind more than 280 non-flammable and explosive materials, whose Moh's hardness is less than 7 and humidity is below 6%,such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate ore, gypsum, glass, insulation materials, etc. It can be used in many industries, such as chemical engineering, construction, etc. Its final product’s particle size can be adjusted at random within the 80-425 mesh. Ground by it, some materials can be up to 1000 mesh.
The machine mainly consists of the main machine, an analyzer, a blower, a cyclone separator, a pipeline device, a motor, etc. The main machine consists of a rack, an inlet volute, a scraper blade, grinding rollers, grinding rings, a mill body, and a motor. Its auxiliary equipment includes a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder, an electric control cabinet, and so on, from which users can flexibly choose according to the site conditions.
StageⅠ: crushing
The material of the big block is crushed by crushers to the one with 15mm-50mm feeding size, which can enter the grinding mill.
StageⅡ: grinding
After the raw material is crushed to the one with required feeding size, it is conveyed to the storage bin by a bucket elevator and then ground in the grinding chamber of the high-strength powder grinding mill.
Stage III: grading
The ground material is graded by a separator, and the large-particle material falls back to the grinding chamber and is reground.
Stage Ⅳ: powder collection
The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, and after being separated from the air, it is discharged from the discharge port, as the finished product. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product stock bin by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packaged by the powder tanker or the automatic baler.
