Bearing is the most important component in the high strength working process of mobile crushing plant, so the temperature increasing of the bearings probably is owning to the tighten of the belt, so to adjust the belt can be one effective way to solve the problem. There are several other reasons to cause one situation mentioned above on.

To check whether the lubrication oil is enough in the crushing chamber is one key step to avoid the temperature increasing. The second is to check whether the lubrication oil hole is being blocked or not, which certainly will prevent the oil from entering the components that requiring the oil. The last is to check the tighten of the bearing cover and the bearing because to be tight or loose also will impact the operation of the machine.
