How to Lower the Production Cost of the Jaw Crusher?

Secondly, the reasonable crushing process with our jaw crusher is adopted in crushing plants, which has three segments that the jaw crusher is the primary crusher while the cone crusher is the secondary one while the VSI sand maker is the fine crusher. Different machines play different roles in different segments, which can decrease the abrasion of quick-wear parts.

Firstly, we must check the abrasion degree of the jaw crusher. At the start or stop of the jaw crusher or in the inspection and maintenance process of the quick-wear parts of the jaw crusher, the worn parts should be replaced immediately. Secondly, special staff should be appointed to lubricate the jaw crusher because the regular lubrication of the parts inside the jaw crusher can effectively prolong the service life of the jaw crusher. According to different seasons, geological locations, and other conditions, the proper lubricant should be adopted and replaced.
