Firstly, remove the motor. When remove the motor with electric brush, we should take out the electric brush from brush holder of cone crusher. If we remove the straight-flow motor, we should make a mark in the middle of electric brush lest correspond by mistake.

Secondly, remove coupling and belt pulley. Before remove the coupling and belt pulley, we should smear some lubricating oil into the crack of the motor in order to facilitate to remove. If the axle and steel is rigorous, we should heat the steel firstly and encase the spindle with the wet cloth, and then take down the belt pulley.

Last but not least, remove the rotor. When remove the rotor, pay attention to do not touch the stator coil. If the rotor is not heavy, we can take out with our hands. If it is very heavy, we need to take it out with professional hoisting equipment. Hanging the steel wire rope in the ends of rotor, sling the rotor with hoisting equipment and gradually move out it. Pay attention to prevent damage the stator coil.
