Advantages of Rotary Dryer Produced by Hongxing Mining Machinery

The process of rotary dryer produced by Hongxing is very advanced, which takes fast drying with high temperature, high heat transfer coefficient, high heat efficiency and large drying capacity. The rotary dryer produced by Hongxing is with the high speed agitation drying, which disperses the viscid material sufficiently and improves the contact area of material, thereby improving the process of drying.

The rotary dryer takes special scrapings device into the dryer so that avoid the material from sticking the wall. Hongxing rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cement, mine, construction, chemical, compound fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit of rotary dryer is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The change of dryer's feeding end temperature can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C).

The working principle of rotary dryer: Rotary dryer adopts direct flow type of heating with heat source from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed back immediately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank or feeding chute. Because the dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which exchanges heat sufficiently with inner heat flow.
