How to Control the Temperature of Lubricating Oil on Ball Mill

1. Set up a cooler in the lubricating system of ball mill to lower temperature. You had better choose the high flow velocity, because resistance is big and so thermal efficiency will increase accordingly.

2. When design ball mill, increase the volume of ball mill. If it increased, the lubricating oil heating speed will reduced. Further more, we can optimize the tank structure design, make the lubricating oil can dissipate heat in the fuel tank.

3. If ball mill has been designed and can not be changed, you can choose synthetic oil with high viscosity and small evaporation loss to lower the oil temperature.
