After the new machine into operation, you must conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine when machine finished work. About two weeks later, check the machine just once a mouth. Motor and lubrication of equipment required to conduct a comprehensive examination once a week. The examination include tightening of the fixed parts, belt drive, bearing seals, electrical switches.

Check the abrasion degree of main parts of machine every weeks, such as board hammer, impact liner, liner etc., and established a regular maintenance and replacement system.

When the rotor is in operation, the gap between the rotor and impact lining can not be adjusted. If the clumpy material detained between the plate and the chassis, you had better uplift impact rack, in this way the clumpy material will become loose, and impact rack is easy to adjust.
