Hongxing Raymond mill is a new type grinding mill that can replace ball mill to process powders. The operation and maintenance of Raymond mill:

1. During the using process, Raymond mill should be attended by regular persons who must have some technical knowledge. Before the installation of the Raymond mill, the operational personnel should be given necessary technical training in order for them to know the working principle and performance of the grinding mill and the operational instruction.

2. After a period of time, the grinding mill should be examined and repaired, and at the same time, the quick-wear parts such as grinding roll, grinding ring and scraper knife should be examined, repaired and changed. Before and after the use of the grinding roll device, the connecting bolt and nut should be carefully examined and the lubrication grease should be added sufficiently.

3. In order to ensure normal operation of grinding mill, the equipment maintenance and safe operation system should be formulated, and at the same time, it is necessary to equip overhauling tools and lubrication grease and the relevant spare parts.

4. If the fineness is improved, the output will also decrease.

5. When the grinding roll is used for 500 hours, it should be changed, and at the same time, clean the rolling bearings inside the roller shell.
