In addition, the machine frame can be opened with the hydraulic device for the convenience of operation and dismantle.

The movement of the rotor of the impact crusher equals to the movement of the impeller of the fan, and the plate hammer is like the blade of the impeller with radial direction. When the crusher works, the fine particles go deep into the surface of the turnplate which is the root area of the plate hammer. Influenced by the accelerated speed of the plate hammer, the materials will move to the end part of the plate hammer along with the radial direction. Under the effect of the absolute speed jointly formed by the tangential speed and the radial speed, the materials will suspend in the crushing chamber.
