2. The rotor speed. The faster of the rotor speed of the impact coal mining equipment, the finer of the discharged materials. The big crushing rotating speed is 74rpm.

3. The number of the hammerhead. The mare hammerhead, the finer of the discharged fineness. The number of the hammerhead in two crushers has been adjusted for many times, from original 36 to current 22 for 1# crusher, 2#16.

4. The Thickness of the Accumulated Coal in the impact plate of the Crushing Chamber. The thicker the accumulated coal in the crushing chamber of the impact coal mining equipment is, the smaller the coal spacing between the hammerhead and plate is. Therefore, the crushing fineness is finer. But at the same time, the coal accumulated in the impact plate will reduce the rebound kinetic energy of the coal in the impact plate, so, the discharging fineness will decrease relatively.
