Sand making machines are ideal production equipments in the engineering field for producing sand, cushion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate.
In the mining industry, the machines are widely used in preceding process of ore grinding, and it can produce large amounts of iron ore fines to reduce the high cost of grinding load. They are also widely applied in the field of secondary and fine crushing of high-hard, extra hard materials, such as variety of ores, cement, refractories, bauxite, carborundum and glass raw materials. They are especially used in crushing of building sand, aggregated rock and various metallurgical slag, and compared with other types of crushers, they have high yield efficacy.
Materials fall into the hopper, then some of them enter into the high-speed rotation rotor through the center feed holes and are thrown by the emitter with fully speeding up; firstly, they hit against the materials rebound in free fall, and then together impacted to surrounding counterattack block of vortex cavity; then they are bounced back to the top of the crushing chamber and move downward, and they will hit against the materials emitted from the impeller to form a continuous material curtain; thus materials have received twice or repeatedly impact, friction and grinding in the whirl crushing chamber, and finally all the materials are discharged through the discharge opening in the lower part of the machine.
Throughout the crushing process, that materials impact and crush mutually by themselves without direct contact with the metal components, has reduced the corner pollution and extended time of mechanical wear. Ingenious airflow circulation inside the whirl chamber has eliminated the dust pollution.
1.The spindle assembly of the sand making plant is installed in the center of the quadrangular prism on the base, and its main function is to pass the motive power coming from the motor through V-belt and to support rotational motion of the impeller.
2.The impeller of the machine is mounted in the axis head of the spindle assembly. The crushing chamber, spindle assembly, motors and drives are installed in the base.
3.Gearings of the machine can be divided into single motor drive and dual motor drive. The motors are installed on both sides of the spindle assembly and connected through triangle pulley and spindle pulley, so that they can maintain force balance on both sides of the spindle without producing additional torque.
4.The crushing chamber of sand making machinery is composed of two cylinders in the upper and lower. The crushing chamber can also reside materials to the formation of the materials lining. The fragmentation process of materials is happened in the crushing chamber which is separated by materials lining to to make the crushing process only happen among the materials. A observation hole is also installed in the crushing chamber mainly to observe the wear pattern of the wear block in mouth of impeller launch and the Lining board in the top of the crushing chamber. The observation hole must be closed tightly during the work.
