Brief Introduction

The sand making production line (also called sand and gravel aggregate production line) is composed of feeders, crushers, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyors, and centralized electronic control. The designed output is generally 10-800 t/h. According to customer’s processing needs, our technical team helps tailor‑make solutions. It features flexible configuration, high sand output rate, excellent finished particle shape, controlled stone powder content, and reduces costs by about 20%.

Typically the line includes: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher (primary crushing), cone crusher / impact crusher (secondary crushing), sand making machine (VSI), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyors, and dust removal system.

Process Flow of Sand Making Production Line

Large materials are evenly feed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The crushed material is then sent to the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing. After that, the material enters the sand making machine (VSI) for fine crushing and shaping.

The output from the sand making machine is transported to the vibrating screen for screening. Materials meeting the sand size requirement (0-5mm) go to the sand washer (optional) and then to the finished product pile. Oversized materials are returned to the sand making machine for another crushing cycle, forming a closed‑loop. The finished sand particle size can be adjusted and graded according to user needs.

To protect the environment, auxiliary dust collectors and spray systems can be equipped.
