The quarry machine, also named gravel production line or stone production line. It mainly consists of the vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. In general, the output is 50-800t/h. It can be equipped with other machines and customized according to clients’ requirements.

Quarry Machine Production Flow

Stone is evenly sent into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder to be crushed primarily. The primarily crushed material is sent into the impact crusher by the belt conveyor to be crushed further. The finely crushed material is sent into the vibrating screen to be screened. The screened material with the required particle size is just the final product while the unqualified one will be sent back to the impact crusher to be processed again, forming a closed cycle system.
