Notice for Long-term Storage of Compound Crusher

When compound crusher has long-term storage after working, what should we do to ensure the crusher efficiency can not be reduced?

1.Storage location

Generally choose a dry room. The crusher should be placed on the plank which is tiled ground and covered with cover.

2.Maintenance of the crusher

Maintenance of compound crusher is required, such as replace worn parts, thoroughly cleaning and so on to keep the good performance of crusher.

3.Control of fuel

Puts the fuel control rod in idle position and each joystick should be in neutral too.

4.Engine storage

First, all of the water in the machine should be discharged before storing the crusher. Then, engine oil should be replaced again. In addition, in order to prevent the engine from rusting, engine should be working once a month for short distance and do not forget discharge the cooling water after starting the engine.

5.Battery storage

In order to avoid the substance inside the battery corrode the crusher, the battery needs to be removed. Remember, first cut the cathode line, then cut the positive line when remove the battery.

In addition to the above mentioned, varnishing and oiling should be done in time.
