How to Reduce the Wear of Compound Crusher

Wear of crusher is unavoidable when the compound crusher at work, so how should we do to reduce the wear of crusher thus to prolong the service life of compound crusher?

1.Increase the contact stiffness

One of the most commonly used method is remove the softening layer, decarburized layer and oxide layer by finishing cut, side grinding or vice cutting and then the surface roughness can be lowered effectively. So, increasing the contact stiffness between components can reduce the wear of machine.

2.Feeding evenly

Feeding evenly when you feed material to the crushing cavity. Only in this way can avoid the wear of crusher due to the withstand overload.

3.Maintenance

Firstly, lubrication for compound crusher should be timely and exactly. And the lubricating oil must meet the requirements of compound crusher. Secondly, the replacement and maintenance for defective components should be done in time.

4.Reasonable operating

In fact, the most important method is that the operations staff should have reasonable operating.
