Before Raymond mill start, you should check the machine whether there is iron and other debris left in machine, check for loose bolts and nuts, especially the host bolts and nuts. Besides, make sure all the access door is closed tight. Adjust fan and a host of steering, exhaust valve should be in the fully open position. All fasteners and connecting pieces should be fastened well. All pipes should be air-proofed to avoid air leakage.The gear box oil of main unit, bucket elevator, spiral conveyor and discharging valve has been discharged before delivery. Please fill in machinery oil separately before start up the machine.
