Sand dryer is mainly used in building materials industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry, coal, mining industry and medicine industry. It is used for drying sand, silica sand, river sand and other construction sand. Different industries have different requirement of material moisture after the drying process, the final moisture content of sand dryer can reach 0.5-1%, which can fully meet the drying requirements of various sectors.

When the materials enter into the burning zone, it will produce a certain amount of elevated temperature liquid. At the same time, the lining surface also reaches a certain temperature. As lining material move to the upper side of materials, the lining temperature will be higher than the material temperature, so the material will absorb a certain amount of heat lining materials. Besides, the lining material will transfer to the cylinder body and radiating outward, then causing the lining temperature decrease, and the high temperature have a certain amount of liquid material adhesion in sand drying machine lining material. Because the lining temperature has been reduced, the material will be sticky to the cylinder, thus forming a first layer of drum skin. If the flame temperature is too high, the drum skin is overheating, the condensed material need to be re-blown and stuck to hang, it is possible to fall off, so it cannot form a drum skin.
