The Improvement Measures for Lubrication System of Cone Crusher

The bushing and the machine are fixed with the casting zinc, due to big vibration of the equipment during its working process; the casting zinc is easy to become loose. In addition, there is certain pressure on the lubricating grease, the bushing will easily wear and tear. The original lubricating grease go into the machine in two paths: one is through the bottom oil hole of the machine which reaches the machine through three ways; the other one is though the hole in the drive shaft shelf in order to lubricate the driving shaft. The returning oil has exclusive pipe to the oil box.

The improvement measures are: Outside the hollow shaft, according to the anti-clockwise rotary direction, two spiral oil pipes are cut and their width is 6~7mm and the depth is 5~6mm. When the hollow shaft rotates, the lubrication grease will flow upward along with the spiral oil pipe, thus increasing the oil supply of the upper grease and solving the small gap of the bushing and the oil deficiency of the upper part of the bushing. In addition, in order to prevent the bushing from moving upward, and the returning way of the grease is blocked so that the additional resistance will increase, then the manufacturing company can cut 4~6 12x2mm gaps on the upper part of the bushing in order to make the returning way smooth.

After taking the above-mentioned improvement measures, the bushing will not break down so often, thus saving the maintenance time, increasing the ore dressing process quantity and at the same time saving the maintenance fees.
