Improving lump ore ratio and reducing powder ore ratio is an important way of ensuring normal production and improving economic benefits of the mines. Various types of crushing machines produced by domestic manufacturing companies treat maximizing the crushing ratio as the goal which is conducive to the common ore dressing plants. However, some mines have strict requirements for the down limit of the granularity, and the existing crushing machines cannot satisfy both requirements of improving the excellent limestone lump ratio and of reducing the powder ore ratio. This crushing force greatly reduces the energy consumption, and in addition, due to the selective crushing it uses, it is able to effectively control the crushing granularity. The calculation shows that the powder ratio crushed by this machine can reduce 5% to 7% and the energy consumption reduce more than 30% compared with traditional crushing machinery, thus significantly improving the economic benefits of mining.
