Improving lump ore ratio and reducing powder ore ratio is an important way of ensuring normal production and improving economic benefits of the mines. Various types of crushing machines produced by domestic manufacturing companies treat maximizing the crushing ratio as the goal which is conducive to the common ore dressing plants. However, some mines have strict requirements for the down limit of the granularity, and the existing crushing machines cannot satisfy both requirements of improving the excellent limestone lump ratio and of reducing the powder ore ratio. MMD crushing and screening machine can well solve this problem.
The main features of the MMD crushing and screening machine are: compact structure, small size and small height protrusion; high production capacity which can reach 14000t/h; suitable for dry ore, wet ore, slug and sticky ore; few super-fine and powder products so that it is more suitable for stone crushing industry and the coal and coke crushing; uniform product size; low operational cost; easy maintenance and repair and dual overload and over-iron protection.
Compared with traditional double roller crusher, impact crusher, gyrotary crusher and single-toggle jaw crusher, MMD crushing and screening machine makes great breakthroughs in the crushing principle: it makes full use of the joint and the flaw of the rocks and ore materials and relies on the cutting import in order to realize the crushing of the materials instead of squeezing and impacting. This crushing force greatly reduces the energy consumption, and in addition, due to the selective crushing it uses, it is able to effectively control the crushing granularity. The calculation shows that the powder ratio crushed by this machine can reduce 5% to 7% and the energy consumption reduce more than 30% compared with traditional crushing machinery, thus significantly improving the economic benefits of mining.
