Working Theory of Chute Feeder

The chute feeder works by the force of special vibrating motor or two electric motors which can drive the vibration generator to force the feeding trough to do cycle line reciprocating vibration along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the feeding trough vibration acceleration is greater than the gravity acceleration, the groove of the material is thrown up, next it does the jumping movement according to the parabolic trajectory, and the process when it is thrown up and down is completed in an instant. Due to the continuous vibration from the vibration source, the feeding trough continues vibrating and the groove of the coal jumps forward continuously so as to achieve the goal of feeding.
