Product Introduction

Rod mill is mainly used for processing and crushing ore materials such as feldspar,quartz and pebbles.The steel rods rotate with the mill,rise to a certain height under the action of friction and centrifugal force and are thrown down,so that the materials are continuously impacted to form sand.

22. quartz,SILEX or special materials,and hard minerals are designed

26. Large and small gears are lubricated with dry oil spray lubrication,

27. which has unifomm and reliable lubrication,high energy efficiency,

28. low fuel consumption,small footprint,no oil leakage,and no envi-

29. ronmental pollution.

Application of Rod Mill

1. For re-election or magnetic separation equipment of tungsten-tin ore and other rare metal ores, to prevent damage caused by excessive grinding, a rod mill is often used.

2. When using a two-stage grinding process, if the first part is milled from 20-6mm to 3-1mm, the rod mill is used as the first part of the grinding equipment. More productive capacity and higher efficiency.

3. In some cases, it can be used to replace the short cone crusher for fine crushing. The configuration is simpler and the cost is low, which can simplify the dust removal in the crushing workshop.
