PCX Hammer Shaping Crusher is widely used in many industries such as mining, smelting, building materials, highway, rail-way, water conservancy and chemical industry. It is suitable for crushing various medium hardness and brittle materials with compressive strength less than 150Mpa, such as limestone, bluestone, coal gangue, etc.
The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers (also called hammer heads). The rotor of the hammer crusher consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feed port and is crushed by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammers. There is a screen plate at the bottom of the rotor. The particles smaller than the size of the screen hole in the crushed material are discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particles larger than the size of the screen hole are retained on the screen plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammers, and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate.
