Product Introduction

The crushing machine of this series, as a new product, designed based on the techniques of the PEL vertical combination crusher, combining with the optimized fine crushing techniques at home and abroad, is used to crush various medium-hardness ores. It is mainly applied to crush the materials whose compression strength is less than 140MPa and humidity is less than 15%, such as limestone, clinker, coal, and other ores in building material industry, mining, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. It is of high efficiency and energy conservation. The quick-wear parts, made from wear-resistant materials and complex alloy, are of high hardness and high toughness so that its service life is improved by 2-3 times and the gap between the hammer and the impact plate is adjustable so that it can satisfy the needs of different particle sizes.

Working Principle

The main features of the compound crusher are large crushing ratio and high output, which is 1.4 times higher than domestic similar products. The wearing parts are made of high hardness, high toughness and multi-alloy wear-resistant material, and the service lifespan is improved by 2-3 times. What’s more, the gap between the hammer head and the counterattack plate is adjustable to meet a variety of material conditions. The feed size of the machine is less than 100 mm. The compound crusher has a maximum production capacity of 100t/h.
