Belt conveyor has many advantages such as simple structure, convenient repair and maintenance, big conveying quantity and wide use range, so that it enjoys great popularity among mining machinery manufacturing companies. However, traditional belt conveyor has limit in the installation angle which brings much inconvenience to the production. Merits of the belt conveyor of corrugated sidewall:

1. It overcomes the limit of the angle of repose of the materials to the transmission of the materials, and the angle can be chosen freely from 0°to 90°, which saves the coverage size and reduces the production cost.

2. This kind of belt conveyor integrates the advantages of bucket elevator and common belt conveyor, and it is integrated with many functions, thus simplifying the technological process of the ore beneficiation, decreasing the operation procedures, reducing the labor consumption and improving the production efficiency.

3. It saves the coverage size, and the installation is easy and convenient, and this belt conveyor is easy to repair and maintain, so that the building project investment is reduced.

Attention Items in the using process:

1. It is the best for the material feeding position to be kept flat or slanting and near the middle of the conveyor in order to ensure the material feeding effect.

2. When the dip angle of the conveyor is bigger than 45°, it is advisable to adopt S-shaped installation for the convenience of material feeding discharging.

3. This machine is not suitable for conveying powder materials or materials with high water content or high stickiness.

4. The dip angle should be arranged according to the type of the material, granularity and water content and choose suitable diaphragm type, separation distance and corrugated sidewall.

5. The sidewalk will become steep with the increase of the tilt of the belt, and then the mark design of the belt conveyor will show its shortcomings, and generally speaking, the dip angle cannot exceed 90°.
