In the wake of the development of social infrastructure construction, a great many industrial departments put higher demands for the grinding granularity of solid mineral aggregate or even up to several microns. Such fine and ultrafine granularity raises higher requests for grinding machine. At the same time, milling technology is also experiencing huge challenges, and research work about technological process and equipment improvement is working away.
When the demands for product granularity become increasingly higher, the particle characteristics have essential changes. For small particle, its macroscopic and microcosmic crack is larger than the large particle. For fine particle, high contract pressure contributes to non-elastic deformation; the smaller the particle is, the higher the intensity.
Because the traditional grinder always grind material in gravitational field, impact force is not enough to meet the demands for further crushing of fine particle; therefore, there are problems to finish the task of fine crushing and ultrafine crushing. Due to the existing of the gravitation field replaced by many times of the gravity acceleration and high-speed impact grinding, we has successfully develop centrifugal mill, planet type grinding machine, vibrating mill, stirred mill, jet milling and high-speed mechanical impact type mill.
