Some natural and unnatural elements will influence the ball mill because of the different production conditions and environment, so trying our best to avoid the unnecessary wear-grinding in the production line and lowing the usage time can be understood for the ball mill existing in the worse situation.

1. the elements of the interior structure are including the type, size, shape of the plate.

2. The elements of the raw materials being crushed are including the feeding size, granularity and the grinding features of the mineral ores.

3. Some elements existing in the operation are including the size and quality of the grinding media, the reasonable installation, the rotating ratio, density of the grinding ores, classification ratio, feeding size and so on.

The other elements can be explained in the following situations:

Firstly, some cracks will be caused on the gear, bearings and shafts if they are being used for a long time.

Secondly, the lubrication oil is not clean or the coarse surface of those components makes the load be integrated in one certain position, so the grinding and corrosion of the wearing parts cannot be replaced in time.
