In order to ensure the secure production, and no equipment accidents or human injured, we must abide by the safety systems and the operation regulations.

1. If emergency malfunction has happened during the normal running of hammer crusher, we can firstly to shut down the machine to inspect the situation. And we must not start the machine by force before we solve the malfunction.

2. If the electrical equipment have happened the malfunction, the electrician should take charge of the hammer crusher and other people should not touch the machine.

3. When we inspect the hammer crusher or process the crushing trouble and inspection, we should take off the equipment insurance from the hammer crusher and hang off the boards with the inspection signal, if not we should not stretch out our hands into the body of crusher machine. And when we begin to test the machine after the inspection, we should give a complete cover to the cap and fasten the bolts. If the inspection quality do not achieve the quality what you have expected or it have influenced the equipment function, the hammer crusher should not be put into the use.

4. All the safety guard equipment should be complete and compact.
