1.Equipment should be lubricated as required in routine maintenance. Smaller equipment mainly used periodic lubrication by grease and lubricating oil. Large equipment which has cone crusher or big jaw crusher usually has the forced lubrication system.

2.Pay attention to all component and tightening the loose fasteners.

3.You should always pay attention to the noise and vibration of crusher. If crusher in operation in the event of unusual noise, it should immediately check stands. After troubleshooting, restart crusher no-load according to the start-up sequence.

4.In order to enable the crusher has good performance, it also need simple repair, medium maintenance and overhauling as planned maintenance scheduling. By the way, you’d better replace parts of mechanical components when conditions permits because different component has different maintenance scheduling.
