1. More crushing, less grinding process. Mined ore will be initial broken by Jaw Crusher, then evenly fed into the ball mill via the elevator after breaking to reasonable fineness, and the ore will be crushed and ground by ball mill. Materials after being ground by ball mill will be sent into the next process: classification. In this way, it can save the total energy consumption at 15%-30%.

2. Conservation of water resources

There are a lot of water consumption during the beneficiation production line,so there will also be many energy consumption in fetching the water. Therefore, we can save the resource consumption for the beneficiation production line by recycling water.

3. Adopt the automatic beneficiation technology

The combination of expert system and suitable control and adjustment in time will be the future trend for the beneficiation production line. This technology can be adjusted according to the change of the ore nature, therefore it will improve the production ability and reduce the electric and medical consumption obviously.
