Introduction to Hongxing Gravity Separation Method

Spiral chute is the ideal equipment for mining and ore beneficiation and especially for the mining of sand ore in the coast, riverside, beach and brook. For example, this method can separate sand and ore, because these two material have different weights, sizes and granularity by the force of gravity and centrifugal force. Concentrate will flow out though tube. Other impurities will flow into the bucket and then be discharged out though a pipe.

Shaking table is mainly composed of bed head, electromotor, adjusting gradient device, bed surface, ore chute, water chute, rifle bar and lubricating system. Generally speaking, we separate the mixing material relying on the combined effect of the symmetrical and mechanical reciprocating motion and the slant water flow. In a word, this separation method based on density.
