Equipment Used in the Iron Ore Beneficiation Process

The Production Process of Iron Ore Separating Line

The mined ores are primarily crushed by jaw crusher, and after being crushed to the reasonable fineness, the ores will be evenly sent by the bucket elevator and belt conveyor to ball mill for crushing and grinding. The fine ore materials ground by ball mill will be sent to the next procedure; classification. Relying on the theory that solid particles with different proportion have different falling speed in the liquid, the spiral classifier cleans and classify the ore mixture. Then the classified ore mixture will be sent to the magnetic separator which separates materials by the magnetic force and mechanical force according to the principle that different minerals have different magnetic susceptibility. The mineral particles after being primarily separated by the magnetic separator are sent to flotation machine for separating the desired minerals and other minerals. After separating the desired minerals, since they contain plenty of water, they must be primarily concentrated by the iron ore concentrator, and then dried by the dryer machine, thus becoming dry minerals.
