As the application of spiral sand washer is so wide, the daily maintenance seems especially important. Now the weather is becoming colder and colder, and winter will be coming soon, then how can we well maintain the spiral sand washer in winter?

1. Give winter safe and maintenance training to the equipment operators of the spiral sand washer.

2. Remove the ponding, ice and snow sediment and impurities in the working site of spiral sand washer to ensure there is no water or ice on the working site of the sand washing machine.

3. Before running the spiral sand washer, completely check it and make pre-heating on it.

4. After the spiral sand washer finishes the work every day, drain the water inside the machine or use anti-freezing solution to prevent freezing.

5. If the machine is not working, place the machine in a flat place to avoid safety hazard or accidents caused by strong wide or snow weather.

6. In stormy weather or if there is force 6 wind, do not run the machine to prevent the equipment from malfunction.
