Vertical cement mill can grind limestone, gypsum and lime to industrial dust removal desulfurization powder with a certain fineness, so that the harmful gas emitted by the power plant can mix with this kind of desulfurization powder and turn sulfur dioxide into useful industrial by-product-calcium sulphide to reduce the emission of greenhouse gas.
Inside the cement mill, the impact and friction of a plenty of grinding media and the lining board will produce large quantity of heat which will make the temperature of the cement rise. If the temperature inside the cement mill is over too high, adverse influences will be brought:
1. It will cause the gypsum to dehydrate to semi-hydrated gypsum and even anhydrite and cause the cement to falsely curdle which will influence the quality of cement and make the cement that is stored cake.
2. It will seriously influence the storage, packaging and transportation of cement, and make the packing bag become crisp, thus increasing the breakage rate and worsening the working environment of the labors.
3. It is harmful to the grinding mill. It will raise the temperature of the bearing and weaken the lubrication effect, and make the cylinder produce some thermal stress which will cause the screws of the lining board to break off; and what is more, the grinding mill will not run continuously, thus damaging the equipment.
4. It will make the cement to coalesce because of electrostatic attraction, and when the coalescence is very serious, cement will stick onto the grinding media and the lining board, which will reduce the grinding efficiency and the output of the grinding mill.
5. It will increase the temperature of the materials that go into the powder concentrator, so that the adhesion of the internal wall and the fan blade of the powder concentrator will increase and the electrostatic attraction force between the particles will become stronger, which will influence the dispersibility of the materials, directly reduce the concentration efficiency, increase the circulation load rate of the powder grinding system and reduce the output of a cement mill per hour.
6. The high temperature of cement will influence its workability because it will make the cement concrete to produce differential temperature stress which will cause concrete cracking.
