As for a ball mill, the energy consumed by the movement of the cylinder is certain, for this reason, reasonably determining the optimum loading of the grinding balls is crucial for reducing the electricity consumption.
The loading of the grinding balls of the ball mill is reflected by the full coefficient. When the loading of the grinding balls increases, then the force needed by the ball mill will also increase. When the grinding ball loading exceeds a certain amount, the force needed by the ball mil will slowly increase, but the electricity consumption of the powder grinding system will increase significantly. For this reason, the grinding balls loading should be appropriate because it is related to both the electricity consumption of the powder grinding system and the force needed by the ball mill.
