Examination and Performance Adjustment of Grinding Mill

1. The examination of the grinding mill during the operation.

(1) In the early stage of the operation, regularly examine the accumulation of the materials inside the grinding mill, at least twice an hour. When it is necessary, the examination times should be increased and the periodic length should be determined by the materials.

(2) Regularly examine whether there is abnormal noises. If there is momentary noises, check if some foreign matters enter the deslagging system.

(3) Regularly check the vibration condition of the grinding mill and the sealing load.

(4) Regularly check and take record of the lubrication grease station, the temperature of the hydraulic oil, oil pressure, oil level, pressure difference of the filter and the level of the rotary classifier, and at the same time, pay attention to the temperature of the roller.

(5) Regularly check the pressure of the energy accumulator and if there is leakage.

(6) Pay attention to the electric current and alarming condition of the motor.

(7) The thickness setting scale of the coal should be put on the normal position.

2. The performance adjustment of the grinding mill during the operation.

(1) The adjustment of the fineness of the coal powder. The changing of the fineness of the coal powders is related to the rotary speed of the rotary classifier, rolling force of the roller and coal feeding quantity.

(2) The adjustment of the output force of the coal grinding mill and the loading performance of the roller. The loading force of the roller should be timely adjusted according to the output force of the coal grinding mill.
