Hongxing Machinery Starts a New Journey in 2013 with Multiple Measures

The bleak time for the engineering and mechanical industry of China came to an end along with the passing by of 2012, and along with new hopes, the new 2013 has come with people’s expectations. In 2013, Hongxing will welcome and usher the coming of a new year with brand new gesture. Recently, our company starts multiple measures in order to ensure a good journey in the new year.

(1) Perfect the hardware and create an excellent business environment.

By the end of the second half of 2012, the new research and development building of Hongxing Machinery has been completed and the new office building which stands tall closely by the Kexue Revenue becomes the most beautiful sight. The new office building adopts grass curtain wall with a strong modern sense. Inside the building the facilities are complete and their colors match well, the green plants inside are neatly lined up, so that that the overall appearance oozes with a fresh feeling. In the beginning of the year, the staff of the company moved the new office and enjoyed first-class working experience brought by the spacious, bright, comfortable and modern environment.

(2) Further implement the 6S management philosophy.

In order to improve the working efficiency of the relocation, the 6S management committee and 6S executive committee of Hongxing Machinery formulated a detail 6S plan for clearing up the whole building, and through such means as the demonstration and guidance of the sample area and examination and appraise, the 6S standard is indeed carried out. The further implementation of the 6S management philosophy is conducive for the staff to develop a professional habit of sorting the files according to different categories, timely clearing the useless stuff and responding to emergencies quickly.

(3) Improve the working efficiency of the staff through the training of the code of conduct.

In the new year, a new look and excellent and professional habit is a guarantee of improved working efficiency. Since from Jan 9, the human resources department of Hongxing Machinery has carried out a training of the code of conduct for the staff lasting a week long, and the training content includes low carbon working, the maintenance of the working environment and daily norms and other aspects. Through communication and interaction, we hope the professionalism of the whole staff will get improved and lay solid foundation for their career development and for the increase of the company power.
